TYLER NEWSOME AND AJ CALABRO HONORED AT 2022 SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS CEREMONY

We are excited to announce that Tyler Newsome of Osceola High School has been chosen to receive the Markus Paul Memorial Scholarship. Tyler was selected because of his character and his commitment not only to school and sports but also to God, which was the most important aspect of Markus’s life.
Members of Tyler’s family were in attendance as the Osceola High School senior received the Markus Paul Memorial Scholarship. Markus’s Dad, Isiah Paul, presented Tyler with the medallion. We wish Tyler the best in his college endeavors!
We are also thrilled to announce that AJ Calabro of Syracuse University has been chosen to receive a Markus Paul Foundation Award. AJ was selected because of his ability to go through hardships and still put in the work to not only get accepted at SU, but to also earn a spot on the football team and be highly respected by his peers.
Both of these exemplary student athletes are hard working, committed to achieving their goals and don’t quit when life gets hard. Attributes similar to those of our beloved Markus.
