A LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Friends of the Markus Paul Foundation,
With the holidays behind us and the new year has arrived, I would like to thank everyone again for your continued support to the Markus Paul Foundation. Through your support we are able to carry on Markus’ Legacy of helping, serving and being a continued light to so many.
A special thank you goes to Tim Green and the Barclay Damon Law Firm, Meier’s Creek Brewery, Mike Woicik, James Mobley, the Drescher Foundation, the SU Football & Athletic Department, as well as Tuscarora Golf Club and all sponsors over these past years for your stewardship.
This coming year, please consider participating in our 5th Annual Markus Paul Foundation Golf Tournament in Syracuse, NY on Monday, June 2nd, 2025. In the upcoming weeks I encourage you to visit our website for details related to golf registration, reservations, hotel accommodations and how to become a sponsor.
As a reminder the tradition continues by providing support to students who are excelling in academics, athletics, and in their communities. Specifically, the Markus Paul Scholarship Fund is awarded to exemplary student athletes from Markus’ own Osceola High School in Florida. In addition, the Foundation continues making contributions to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Osceola County and to the Morristown Church of Christ in Morristown, New Jersey. Other contributions were made to the Church of Christ in The Colony, Texas.
To quote Markus, “A part of being a provider is providing a good example for our sons of how they should be conducting themselves.” Markus remains an inspiration for generation to come.
